A year ago when I started the movement of body confidence I never imagined that I would get this much support or so many ladies reaching out to me ...

Laying in my bed and reading all the messages makes me so emotional and made me realize the power we hold, often we tend to limit ourselves and we color between the lines, the moment we make a mistake we tend to take a new page and start from scratch.

When I started my journey of self love, self acceptance I've realized the power of coloring outside the lines and thinking outside the box. As humans we tend to think there is one standard in life and that is the one forced by the media
The media will portray the perfect woman with the perfect life, but yet there is no such thing, we are all different and unique in our own ways ..

When I received my first message from a woman stating that I have boosted her confidence, I realised the Power that lies within me.

All of us has the power to change the World , but it starts with you. The moment you stare at the person in the mirror and you change who you are, you change the world.

The Power of you is a magnetic force that will draw people to your strength
The Power of you is a bed of flowers that people will lie in and have endless laughs
The Power of you is like a glass of cold water on a summers they that revitalize and revives your soul
The Power of you is the foundation that build your future.

Realize that you are not created just to exist, but you are created to change the world.

Sooooo....... Wondering how to get that perfect beach body? Well what if i told you, you already have one :) I saw a quote and it went like this " how to get a swimsuit body.. put on a swimsuit and wala "swimsuitbody" Well that's exactly what i did over the weekend. Before the fabulousity i would always like to point out, We have to love ourselves for who we are and live life to the fullest. Live a happy active life, break the molds and move far away from your comfort zone. So then i decided to wear a two piece and hoping the earth wouldn't swallow me in hahahaha.. Good Morning Loves I recentley purchashed some Wet n Wild eye cosmetics products , I have never used their products before but I have heard alot of ranting and raving on social media. Firstly their products are very affordable and perfect for a Fashionista on a budget. I was lucky when I walked into Clicks I dsicovered that they had a buy 3 for 2 speacial :) WNW Mega Plump Double Threat Mascara For the past couple weeks I have been using Wet n Wild’s MegaPlump Double Threat Mascara  Why is it called Double Threat? It’s a dual-ended mascara with a large brush on one end for the top lashes, and a super soft slim brush on the other end to define your lower lashes. I really liked the small brush for the lower lashes. It was perfect to reach all of those tiny lashes that you just can’t grab with a big brush.
